Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

Providence Financial Solutions (“Providence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information thoughtfully and responsibly.

Providence Financial Solutions is operated by Providence Group LLC.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may collect when you visit our website, contact us, complete a Financial Snapshot, purchase or schedule coaching, participate in coaching, purchase coaching for someone else, or interact with Providence through an employer-sponsored program such as Fiscal Fitness.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with Providence, we may collect information such as:

We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide our services, operate the website, communicate with you, and administer our business.

Financial Information

Financial coaching may involve discussion of personal financial circumstances.

Please do not submit sensitive financial information through ordinary website contact forms unless specifically requested through an appropriate method.

Providence does not intend for ordinary website contact forms to be used to transmit Social Security numbers, account passwords, complete bank or credit card numbers, or similar sensitive credentials.

Payment information may be collected and processed by third-party payment providers used to complete transactions. Providence may receive information confirming the transaction without receiving or storing all of the payment-card information provided to the payment processor.

How We Use Information

We may use information we collect to:

Coaching for Someone Else

Providence allows a person to purchase coaching for a friend, family member, or another individual.

The purchaser may provide limited information necessary to identify or contact the intended recipient and facilitate the coaching opportunity.

Purchasing coaching for another person does not give the purchaser access to that person’s coaching conversations, financial information, assessment information, decisions, or other confidential information.

The recipient becomes the coaching client if and when they choose to participate in coaching and complete any applicable onboarding or coaching agreement.

The purchaser provides the opportunity. The recipient retains control of the coaching relationship.

Employer-Sponsored Coaching

Providence may provide financial coaching to employees through Fiscal Fitness or another employer-sponsored arrangement.

Personal financial information discussed by an employee during individual coaching is not provided to the sponsoring employer except when disclosure is authorized by the employee or required or permitted by applicable law.

An employer’s payment for or sponsorship of coaching does not give the employer access to the employee’s individual coaching conversations or personal financial information.

Providence may provide employers with administrative or program-level information when appropriate to operate the program, such as information concerning program utilization, scheduling capacity, or other information that does not disclose an employee’s private coaching conversations, subject to applicable agreements and law.

Financial Snapshot

Information provided through the Financial Snapshot may be used to generate assessment results, help you better understand your financial situation, and, if you choose, support a subsequent coaching conversation.

Assessment results are intended for educational and informational purposes and are not a credit score, financial rating, underwriting determination, or guarantee of any financial outcome.
