Coaching for Someone Else
Providence allows a person to purchase coaching for a friend, family member, or another individual.
The purchaser may provide limited information necessary to identify or contact the intended recipient and facilitate the coaching opportunity.
Purchasing coaching for another person does not give the purchaser access to that person’s coaching conversations, financial information, assessment information, decisions, or other confidential information.
The recipient becomes the coaching client if and when they choose to participate in coaching and complete any applicable onboarding or coaching agreement.
The purchaser provides the opportunity. The recipient retains control of the coaching relationship.
Employer-Sponsored Coaching
Providence may provide financial coaching to employees through Fiscal Fitness or another employer-sponsored arrangement.
Personal financial information discussed by an employee during individual coaching is not provided to the sponsoring employer except when disclosure is authorized by the employee or required or permitted by applicable law.
An employer’s payment for or sponsorship of coaching does not give the employer access to the employee’s individual coaching conversations or personal financial information.
Providence may provide employers with administrative or program-level information when appropriate to operate the program, such as information concerning program utilization, scheduling capacity, or other information that does not disclose an employee’s private coaching conversations, subject to applicable agreements and law.
Financial Snapshot
Information provided through the Financial Snapshot may be used to generate assessment results, help you better understand your financial situation, and, if you choose, support a subsequent coaching conversation.
Assessment results are intended for educational and informational purposes and are not a credit score, financial rating, underwriting determination, or guarantee of any financial outcome.
