Terms of Use
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Providence Financial Solutions website and online services.
Providence Financial Solutions (“Providence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by Providence Group LLC.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Purpose of This Website
The Providence website provides information about financial coaching, educational resources, assessments, employer-sponsored programs, and related services.
Website content is provided for general educational and informational purposes.
Information appearing on this website does not, by itself, create a coaching, advisory, fiduciary, legal, tax, investment, insurance, or other professional relationship.
A coaching relationship begins only through the applicable engagement or onboarding process.
Financial Coaching
Financial coaching is educational and action-oriented.
Coaching may help clients understand their finances, organize financial information, manage money, evaluate choices, establish goals, develop financial habits, and take practical steps toward objectives they choose.
The client remains responsible for their financial decisions and actions.
Providence does not guarantee any particular financial result or outcome from coaching.
Professional Services
Providence does not provide legal or tax advice through financial coaching.
Certain financial matters may require assistance from an appropriately licensed or qualified professional.
Services requiring a particular professional license, registration, or qualification are provided only when appropriately authorized and within the applicable scope of that service.
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a recommendation to disregard professional legal, tax, investment, insurance, accounting, or other qualified advice when such advice is appropriate.
Financial Snapshot
The Financial Snapshot is an educational tool designed to help users consider different areas of their financial lives and identify matters they may wish to explore further.
Assessment results do not constitute:
- a credit score;
- a financial rating;
- an underwriting determination;
- individualized legal or tax advice;
- a guarantee of financial health; or
- a guarantee of any future financial outcome.
Users remain responsible for determining what actions, if any, they wish to take based on their results.
Coaching Purchases
Current pricing, session duration, and other purchase information will be displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, the standard individual coaching relationship begins with:
Getting Started — $200
An initial coaching session of up to two hours.
After the initial coaching session:
Additional Coaching — $150 per session
Additional coaching sessions are 60 minutes and may be purchased when desired.
There is no required subscription or long-term coaching commitment unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed to in writing.
Applicable scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, refund, or no-show policies may be presented during checkout, scheduling, or the coaching onboarding process and become part of the applicable transaction or coaching agreement.
Purchasing Coaching for Another Person
You may purchase coaching for another person.
Purchasing coaching does not allow you to:
- require the recipient to participate;
- direct the recipient’s coaching conversations;
- obtain information about what the recipient discusses;
- receive the recipient’s financial information or assessment results; or
- make financial decisions on the recipient’s behalf through Providence.
The recipient independently decides whether to participate and must accept any applicable coaching agreement before receiving coaching.
Payment for another person’s coaching does not make the purchaser a party to that person’s confidential coaching relationship.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, purchases made for another person are subject to the same applicable payment, expiration, cancellation, and refund terms as other coaching purchases.
Fiscal Fitness Program and Employer-Sponsored Coaching
Fiscal Fitness allows organizations to make financial coaching available to employees or other eligible participants.
Payment or sponsorship by an employer does not give the employer ownership or control over an individual’s coaching conversations.
Additional terms may apply to an employer’s purchase of Fiscal Fitness services and to an employee’s participation in the program.
If those terms conflict with these general website Terms, the more specific written agreement governing the applicable service will control with respect to that service.
Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to the pricing and transaction terms displayed at checkout.
Providence does not guarantee the availability or operation of independent third-party payment services.
Scheduling
Coaching availability may vary.
Purchasing coaching does not guarantee availability at a particular date or time unless an appointment has been separately confirmed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information.
Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Specific cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and refund policies may be presented during purchase, scheduling, or onboarding.
Those policies should be reviewed before completing a transaction or scheduling an appointment.
Where a service-specific written agreement contains different terms, that agreement controls for the applicable service.
No Guarantee of Results
Financial outcomes depend on many factors outside Providence’s control, including a client’s circumstances, decisions, actions, income, expenses, market conditions, legal circumstances, and other events.
Providence does not promise or guarantee that coaching, educational materials, assessments, or other services will produce any particular financial result.
